Partner Agent sign-up lives inside the free demo app on iOS and Android — the same app you will use to show churches what ChurchCast does.
Create an account and sign in
Sign in with your email — do not continue as a guest. Your agent record is tied to your account, so the Agent Dashboard option only appears once you are signed in.
Open Settings → Agent Dashboard
In the app, go to Settings and look under the Account section for “Agent Dashboard — refer churches and earn commission”. That is the entry point to registration.
Register and sign the agreement
Give your name, phone number, country and payout details — mobile money or bank. The full agreement is shown in the app; sign it there and we review and activate your account. You keep a signed PDF copy.
Refer, then track your earnings
Once activated you get a personal referral code and link. Submit each church through the app before we engage them — that is what secures your attribution — and the dashboard shows what you have earned.

Questions worth answering up front
These are the terms you will sign in the app, summarised. The agreement itself is the authority.
What exactly is commission calculated on?
Net subscription revenue — the subscription fees we actually receive for that church in that month, after refunds, credits, taxes, payment-processing charges and directly attributable operational costs. It is not calculated on the sticker price, and nothing is earned on giving or donation transactions.
When do I get paid?
The 30% first-month commission is released as soon as the church's payment clears, and is paid within 5 business days. The ongoing 10% is earned once the month it covers has ended, and is paid monthly within 5 business days after that. We may hold a balance until it reaches GHS 100.
What if the church pays for a whole year up front?
The payment is spread across the twelve months it covers, and the normal rates apply to each month in turn — 30% for month 1, nothing for months 2 and 3, then 10% for months 4 to 12. So annual referrals earn you the same as monthly ones, just accrued month by month.
Which currency am I paid in?
Commissions are calculated and recorded in Ghana Cedis, whatever country the church is in, because ChurchCast subscriptions are charged in GHS. If you are paid outside Ghana we convert at the rate on the payment date; conversion and receiving fees are yours.
I installed the app but cannot find the agent sign-up. Where is it?
Open Settings and look under the Account section for “Agent Dashboard — refer churches and earn commission”. If you cannot see it, you are almost certainly browsing as a guest: sign in with your email first, because your agent record is tied to your account. It also only appears in the ChurchCast demo app, not in a church's own branded app.
Where can Partner Agents be based?
The programme currently supports agents in Ghana and Nigeria, with mobile money or bank payouts.
How is a referral credited to me?
Submit the church through the app before we have engaged them substantively. Our records decide attribution, so a church already in our pipeline as a lead or customer will not qualify unless we confirm an exception in writing.
Is this a job?
No. Partner Agents are independent contractors. You cannot sign contracts, set prices or collect money on our behalf, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
